Strategic Marketing et New Product Development to drive sales growth through researching et developing customers
needs in an InternationalB2B environment.
An excellent opportunity have arisen to join this growing International business. Brady Europe is looking for a
customer-centric NPD specialist who, using the Discovery Voice of Customer (DVOC) process, will identify unmet
customer et market needs, develop new product ideas with the associated business case, and project manage through
to successful product launch. We are active in major markets such as automotive, process industries, electrical,
cable et telecom, aerospace and mass transportation.
This role will provide the Marketing know-how, innovation et expertise to ensure the idea will sell by fulfilling
customer needs. Success will be measured by the quality of our customer research activity, the growth in the new
product pipeline and ultimately the organic growth attributable to the DVOC research activity.
Working in a matrix organization, this roles will require significant collaboration with global and regional
marketing, product management and R et D leaders to optimize commercial opportunities for the business, involving the
facilitation of group ideation sessions, for example.
